The SWLI Flagship Journey – Individuals & Leaders

Program Overview
The SWLI Flagship for Individuals & Leaders is a transformational formation journey designed for those ready to deepen their leadership from the inside out. This experience is rooted in identity, healing, emotional maturity, and spiritual grounding — forming leaders who live, serve, and influence from a place of wholeness.
Enrollment is limited to three cohorts per year, with only 15 leaders per cohort. Every application is thoughtfully reviewed to ensure alignment with the depth and pace of the journey. Final notifications are only issued after the full review and selection process.
This track is designed for leaders who are seeking renewal, alignment, and a deeper way of leading — one that is anchored in character, emotional integrity, and spiritual rootedness.

This program is built on whole-person formation, engaging all four dimensions of the human person:

We believe transformation is neither cosmetic nor performative — it flows from deep interior work. When a leader is restored internally, their impact ripples outward into their relationships, families, teams, and communities.
This work is ethics-driven, spiritually grounded, emotionally intelligent, and rooted in the belief that true and lasting change does not happen in silos. It begins within — and extends outward.

REQUIREMENTS FOR LEADERS
- Age 18 or above
- Three accountability partners from different areas of life (personal, professional)
- Commitment to both the heart work and the hard work
- Openness to a faith-integrated, values-centered approach
- Willingness to walk at the pace of transformation, not performance
- Age 18 or above
