Our Founder & CEO, Grace, has been invited and selected by the University of Wisconsin–River Falls and the UW–River Falls College of Education, Business and Allied Health as the Innovator in Residence for 2025! 🎉

This honor reflects Grace’s continued dedication to advancing leadership grounded in wholeness, integrity, and transformation.

The engagement will include a full day of activities — a guest lecture with business students, a luncheon with students, faculty, staff, campus leaders, and local business leaders, and an open keynote presentation on leadership and the mission of Shifting Waters Leadership Institute (SWLI).
